30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Live in Neon order. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Starting a Return
Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer or supplier unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include photos or video showing the issue. We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not caused by an error or defect, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution and any applicable return instructions.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.

Cancellations and Order Changes
